Prices and payment.
All prices are in £ sterling and include postage and packing.
Once payment is received the order will be despatched.
By clicking the ‘Add to Basket’ button you will be directed to a secure payment site managed by PayPal where most major debit and credit cards are accepted.
If you prefer to pay by cheque please email or phone me so that I can reserve the item for you. The item will be held for seven working days. Once the cheque has cleared I will post the item to you.
Delivery.
I only deliver within mainland UK and the price on the website includes postage and packing. The item will be sent via Parcel Force 48.
I aim to dispatch work within seven working days but I cannot guarantee delivery times.
Purchasing.
All items on my website are subject to availability. Each piece is unique so once sold I am unable to reproduce it.
To purchase the item from the website click the ‘Add to Basket’ button. You will be re-directed to a secure payment site, which accepts most major credit and debit cards.
Cancellation.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be retuned in a saleable condition at your expense. I advise you to use a recorded delivery service.
